By engaging with DanSam, you agree to a collaborative working process that values clear scope, open communication, and timely decisions.
Project scope
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change requests should be documented in writing before work proceeds. Any material changes may affect timing or cost.
Ownership & IP
Unless otherwise agreed, client deliverables and work product created for a project are transferred to the client upon agreed payment milestones and final acceptance.
Confidentiality
We will treat confidential information provided by the client as confidential and use it only to fulfill the agreed engagement.
